  • Head east on Eglinton Avenue until you reach 3227 Eglinton Ave E, Unit 149, Scarborough, ON M1J 2H7 (near Eglinton Ave E and Markham Rd). The clinic is located inside the plaza with free parking available for patients and visitors.
